CyberAgent Anime & IP Business Division create original anime, adapts original comic books into animation, and merchandises popular IPs, all over the world.
We aim to expand the IP business of CyberAgent, company in Japan focusing on the internet industry.
Since CyberAgent has launched ABEMA, one of the biggest OTT in Japan in 2016, ABEMA streams many anime contents on animation channels, and in 2017 co-founded the CA-Cygames Animation Fund, a fund specialising in investment in anime IP. The fund invested in other companies' executive anime productions, acquired distribution rights and game adaptation rights.
In February 2024, the Anime & IP Business Division was established focusing on IP development and anime production.
We develop our Anime & IP business comprehensively consolidating the marketing, promotion, merchandising, monetizing function within CyberAgent.
